Curative Session Meeting 12/9/25

The Town of Ashland will be holding a curative meeting on December 9th 2025. The purpose of said meeting is to cure procedural defects relating to a warrant article passed at the 2025 Special Town Meeting that authorized the issuance of $2,200,000 in bonds to finance the repairs to the Ashland Electric Substation.

Such procedural defects relate to the requirements to post the budget with the warrant, the timing and notice of the bond hearing, notice of the budget hearing and publication of the warrant.

The curative meeting on December 9th will be held at 5:30pm at the Ashland Booster Club located at 99 Main Street.
