NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

TOWN OF ASHLAND

The Town of Ashland (the “Town”) will hold a public hearing on December 1, 2025 at 5:30pm at the Utility Conference Room at 6 Collins Street. The public hearing will address an article to be placed on the warrant for the upcoming December 8, 2025 Special Meeting of the Town. The purpose of such meeting is to cure procedural defects relating to a warrant article passed at the 2025 Special Meeting of the Town that authorized the issuance of $2,200,000 in bonds to finance repairs to the Ashland Electric Substation. Such procedural defects relate to the requirements to post the budget with the warrant, the timing and notice of the bond hearing, notice of the budget hearing and publication of the warrant.
