ASHLAND PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING
According to NH Revised Statutes Annotated Chapter 676:4,I(d) and the Town of Ashland Subdivision Regulations, it is required that the public be notified of a proposed change of use or development of land. You are hereby notified that an application for a Lot Line Adjustment for Tax Map 110-Lots 057, 059 and 060, owned by Shelly A. Thompson, Stacey Curdie, and Eversource (aka Public Service Company of NH), respectively, has been submitted to the Planning Board and will be reviewed by the Planning Board at its regular meeting on Thursday, October 2, 2025, at 6:30 pm at the Utility Office, 6 Collins Street, Ashland. Upon a finding by the Board that the application meets submission requirements of the Subdivision Regulations, the Board will vote to accept the application as complete and a public hearing on the merits of the proposal will follow immediately. The proposal is to adjust the lot lines between the three lots with no new lots being created. Should a decision not be reached at the Public Hearing, this application will stay on the Planning Board’s agenda until such time as it is either approved or disapproved. Please be advised that as an abutter, your right to testify is restricted to the Public Hearing, You may submit testimony in writing for the Public Hearing. In the case of a public meeting, as opposed to a public hearing, you are allowed by right to be notified and be present, but you do not have the right to offer testimony except at the Board’s discretion.
